About the Role

Responsibilities

1. Manage all Front of House and Kitchen activities, supervise team performance, and provide feedback.
2. Ensure food quality, standards, recipe adherence, and food safety compliance.
3. Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
4. Recruit, train, and develop the team, and implement guest service standards.
5. Maintain adherence to company policies, health, and sanitation standards.
6. Manage merchandising, displays, inventory, and signage standards.
7. Handle office tasks including funds management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
8. Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting by analyzing sales reports.
9. Address routine issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
2. 2+ years management experience in restaurant/food service.
3. Full-Service restaurant management experience; culinary background is a plus.
4. Proficient in MS Office and POS systems; strong organizational skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
