Job description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for owning and operating The Yard as a standalone, high-energy venue within the property. This role leads all front-of-house operations across indoor and outdoor spaces, with full accountability for guest experience, team performance, and revenue execution.

This is not a traditional restaurant manager position. This role requires a highly driven, charismatic operator who can lead a team, command a room, and actively drive business. The ideal candidate treats the space as their own, takes full ownership of performance, and consistently delivers an environment that is social, energetic, and memorable.
