Horizon Hospitality's fast-growing restaurant group is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager/AGM to join its leadership team in South Florida (Miami or Fort Lauderdale). The role oversees front- and back-of-house operations, with a focus on guest experiences and staff development within a warm, professional culture.

Qualifications include 3-5 years in restaurant management, managing $4M+ revenues, and strong leadership with a guest-first approach.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in shaping the team culture and ensuring consistently high service and operational standards. This role includes a comprehensive training program that provides broad exposure to both front- and back-of-house functions—including serving, hosting, bar operations, line cooking, prep, expediting, and all areas of financial and operational management. Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 base (commensurate with experience), comprehensive health, dental, & vision, 401k, PTO, dining discounts, transportation discounts, and much more!
