Not Your Average Joe's in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of a full-service restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise hourly staff, uphold quality standards, and ensure our operating systems and culture are consistently applied.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, team-oriented leader with a passion for hospitality who can drive guest satisfaction while managing staffing, training, and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to interview, train, counsel and coach staff.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times.
• Interviews, trains, counsels, and coaches staff.
• Ensures training materials, development and schedules are being followed.
• Clearly communicating with all Team Members.
• Ensures a harassment-free environment for all Team Members.
• Manages and adjusts labor on a shift-to-shift basis while protecting the Guest experience.
• Achieves budgeted sales and profit goals.
• Maintains operational excellence for efficient restaurant operations.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Creates a restaurant atmosphere that patrons and employees enjoy.
• Performs various other tasks as needed.
