Not Your Average Joe's is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a full-service restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead hourly staff, uphold quality standards, and model our operating philosophies and culture.

We seek a friendly, energetic, and team-oriented leader with a passion for hospitality. You will drive staffing, training, and coaching initiatives, ensure training materials and schedules are followed, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Experience leading a full-service restaurant team.
• Ability to interview, train, counsel, and coach staff.
• Strong focus on consistent quality standards and operating procedures.
• Excellent communication with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full staffing across all shifts.
• Interview, train, counsel, and coach staff.
• Follow training materials, development plans and schedules.
• Communicate clearly with Team Members to maintain culture.
• Maintain harassment-free environment for all Team Members.
• Manage labor on a shift-to-shift basis without harming Guest experience.
• Achieve budgeted sales and profit goals.
• Maintain operational excellence for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons and employees.
• Handle various other tasks as needed.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all hourly positions, providing leadership and ensuring the consistent execution of our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
• Interviews, trains, counsels, and coaches staff
• Ensures all training materials, development and schedules are being followed
• Clearly communicating with all Team Members
• Ensures a harassment-free environment for all Team Members
• Manages and makes adjustments to labor on a shift-to-shift basis while ensuring we don't harm the Guest experience
