Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all hourly positions, providing leadership and ensuring the consistent execution of our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
