Base pay range

$55,000.00/hr - $65,000.00/hr

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate individuals who love food, wine, spirits, and customer service. Our Restaurant Managers are experienced leaders aiming to advance in management, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Responsibilities
  • Delegate responsibilities to staff and shift leaders to ensure objectives and excellent service are maintained.
  • Manage restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Promote the culture and values of Smashing Grapes Kitchen and Wine Bar while managing operations with integrity and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement policies, provide staff guidance, and review operations for improvements.
  • Coach staff, assess performance, and foster a positive guest experience, ensuring high service standards.
  • Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and monitor costs.
  • Gather guest feedback and train staff on service principles.
  • Follow policies, manage POS systems, assist with menu updates, and develop improvement solutions.
  • Conduct staff meetings and support staffing needs as required.
  • Identify and address employee weaknesses through retraining.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of management experience in high-volume, fine dining.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to use POS systems.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 10 lbs. and work in hot kitchen environments.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced settings, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
