Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an entrepreneurial Restaurant Manager for a flagship modern Italian concept in Nashville. You will lead a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team, drive guest satisfaction, and own day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will manage financial performance, cost controls, and inventory while maintaining brand standards and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant Manager/Supervisor role.
• Experience with restaurants generating $5M+ in annual sales; $8M+ preferred.
• Strong financial management, including inventories, labor, food, beverage, and controllable costs.
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performance teams.
• Deep understanding of upscale dining, beverage programs, and guest relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with restaurant technology platforms and operational reporting systems.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse front- of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee financial performance, including cost controls, and P&L management.
• Implement and uphold brand standards, operational procedures, and service excellence throughout the restaurant.
