We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are maintained at all times. If you have experience managing restaurants and a passion for guest service and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities include:

• Managing hourly staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and hiring or recommending hires
• Scheduling staff and assigning tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
• Driving sales, ensuring steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Training staff in Front and Back of House operations
• Supervising food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal taste tests and temperature checks
• Maintaining security and safety protocols
• Managing inventory and controlling food, supplies, and liquor costs
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our values
