Compensation

$55,000 - $80,000 annually

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our standards of Legendary Food and Legendary Service. If you have a passion for guest satisfaction and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Review applications, interview, and recommend or make hiring decisions for hourly staff
• Set work hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Provide, direct, and schedule training for Front and Back of House staff
• Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps assessments
• Enforce security measures to maintain safety for employees and guests
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory
• Practice safe food handling procedures
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operational goals
