Position Title: Restaurant Manager    FLSA Designation: Exempt

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join Table Mountain Inn and its team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant / Hotel.
• Provide training, supervision, and support to staff.
• Direct associates and supervisors to meet goals of the food and beverage operation.
• Ensure food and beverage preparation meets guest satisfaction, brand standards, and safety, health, and hygiene requirements.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Facilitate communication, engagement, and conflict resolution within the team.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Participate in MOD (Manager on Duty) program as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience.
