A food and beverage leader capable of leading their team to achieve excellence in guest service, associate relations, product quality, and financial performance.
In this role, you will oversee the general operation of food service, manage kitchen and dining staff, and act in the absence of the General Manager. You will promote good staff and customer relations by consistently implementing company standards. Additionally, you will oversee the management and profitability of beverage-related areas, supervise and train beverage personnel, and maintain cost and labor controls within your department.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required. You may need to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include regularly lifting or moving up to 20 pounds, standing and moving about the work area, handling objects and equipment, and working in high-temperature environments typical of hotel/kitchen settings.
A four-year degree from college or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, three to five years of restaurant management experience with proven skills in cost and labor control.
