Description

Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a brand new dual branded hotel AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurants, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Compensation

$60,000 per year

Essential Job Functions

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Lead the food & beverage team to ensure efficient operations and achievement of business goals.
• Communicate effectively with staff and ensure guest and employee needs are met.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage service and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Resolve guest complaints courteously, focusing on service recovery.
• Train and develop staff, evaluate performance, and motivate the team.
• Manage expenses and resources to maximize profitability.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Promote a positive work environment and effective teamwork.
• Participate in meetings and strategic planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities
