Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  2. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering and receiving supplies.
  6. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  8. Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures.
  9. Plan and coordinate special events and promotions.
  10. Collaborate with the culinary team to update and refine the menu.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  2. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
