NUKHA LLC in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to be the face and heart of its premium Mediterranean restaurant and hookah lounge. You will oversee front‑of‑house operations, lead and train the team, and ensure flawless service during peak hours while delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Restaurant Manager or similar role in upscale venues.
• Strong leadership and proven team management experience.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service during peak hours
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team (servers, hostesses, bussers)

• Manage reservations, guest seating, and overall restaurant capacity
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless coordination

• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
