As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of the Restaurant to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing all outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing, systems, budgeting, policies, and meetings.
• Monitoring and developing team members through supervision, professional development, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Assessing product, service, and satisfaction trends, addressing issues, and implementing improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
• Implementing marketing and upselling techniques to promote restaurant offerings and maximize revenue.
• Ensuring team members are knowledgeable about offerings, policies, and local events.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff.
