Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the team to maintain the highest standards of pizza preparation, quality, and service.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are readily available for pizza production.
  • Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation procedures, guaranteeing a safe and clean kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to continually innovate and improve our pizza offerings while staying true to our core values.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
