Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will help run shifts, meet company and brand standards, and ensure excellent service. Your responsibilities include problem-solving with a smile, guiding team members, managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and ensuring the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for everyone.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas
