Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Chicago is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager to achieve store goals. The candidate should be driven, self-motivated, and capable of upholding high hospitality standards while maintaining the business values.

You will lead hourly team members, train staff, ensure sanitation and health compliance, and engage with guests to create memorable experiences.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or 1–3 years in F&B.
• Illinois and city of Chicago manager sanitation license.
• Strong understanding of ice cream cycles and storage.

The rainbow cone assistant general manager will work closely with the general manager to achieve all goals of the store. The ideal candidate is a driven, self‐ motivated individual that can perform at the highest of hospitality levels, without compromising the integrity and values of the business, whilst promoting a fun and safe environment and has strong organizational skills with the abilities to follow direction and to lead the hourly team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following list of responsibilities is not intended to be all inclusive, as the assistant general manager is expected to contribute and support the growth of the brand as needed and indicated by the GM.
