Job summary

The Original Rainbow Cone in Laguna Beach, CA is seeking a hands-on manager to oversee our new location and support our franchise partner in delivering the iconic ice cream experience to families and visitors.

You will train and lead the team, manage daily operations, ensure health and safety, and maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment. This in-person role offers growth within a beloved California landmark and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage guest concerns.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and/or weekends.
• Driver's License.
• California Food Manager Certificate or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Preferred cake decorating experience.
