Chuy's Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Virginia to steer daily operations, from the bar to-go systems, ensuring guests feel welcomed from entry to departure. You will lead with energy and a commitment to excellence in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food handlers certification and alcoholic beverage servers certification are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with urgency.
• Knowledge of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results-driven and team-oriented.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
