Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants in Westminster, CO is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of our high-volume, scratch-kitchen Tex-Mex concept. You’ll guide the bar, dining room, and to-go systems with energy and a commitment to hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcome from first bite to last sip.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management in a busy full-service setting, plus Food Handlers and Alcohol Beverage certifications.

• 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications
