Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our Texas venue, guiding the bar, lobby, and to-go operations with energy and excellence.

You will lead a high-volume team in a scratch-kitchen environment, drive guest experiences, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards while fostering internal growth and development. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance within the brand.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety regulations.
• Results-driven and team-oriented.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
