Job Description

Are you passionate about hospitality with an entrepreneurial mindset? Do you want to manage our restaurant by motivating and coordinating a team? Then this opportunity is for you!

Within BAVET, a great customer experience is key. As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the restaurant, your pride and joy. You will oversee the kitchen and dining room, ensuring a memorable 'saucy' experience before, during, and after service. You will handle operational and administrative tasks and serve as the main contact for your team, directly managing the Assistant Manager and indirectly leading Shift Leaders, Crew Members, Students, Extras, and Flexis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the driving force of our concept, embodying and promoting our values among your team.
  • Ensure every guest at BAVET has a memorable experience, conveying energy and customer focus to your team.
  • Lead by example, training, inspiring, and motivating your team to foster a positive BAVET community and balance service quality, productivity, and enthusiasm.
  • Continuously learn and improve, adapting to the evolving BAVET environment.
  • Promote trust within your team, encouraging development through coaching and guidance, and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service daily.
  • Manage daily operations, including orders, deliveries, stock, administration, and inventory.
  • Prioritize safety and hygiene, adhering to legislation and internal procedures.
  • Understand financial and operational reports, KPIs, productivity, payroll, and reporting, committed to ongoing improvement.
Your Profile
  • You are a natural host and team player.
  • You have previous hospitality management experience.
  • You are enthusiastic, dynamic, and positive.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You handle stress well, with an organized and structured approach to managing tasks.
