Job summary

The Post Oak in Garland, TX is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage front-of-house teams, and ensure financial controls while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of management experience, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of reliable performance in fast-paced hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction with a Do Whatever It Takes attitude and lead-by-example management.
• Uses leadership to motivate staff, controlling costs and managing labor.
• Inspects the establishment to ensure safety, health, and liquor regulations compliance.
• Ensures accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
