Job Title: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations within a team of 3-5 managers, ensuring high food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Your role involves team training, financial review, and motivating staff to deliver excellent service in a wine-centric, chef-inspired environment. This position offers a balanced work-life and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adopt a guest-first mentality and foster a high-energy, service-oriented culture.
  • Maintain food and beverage quality standards and ensure proper training and development of team members.
  • Develop expertise in recipes, products, and procedures.
  • Drive sales and assist in hiring, training, and team follow-up.
  • Ensure consistent food and drink preparation and service according to standards.
  • Participate in inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and results-driven attitude.
  • Trustworthy, team-oriented, and hardworking.
  • Food Manager Certification required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or certification in Hospitality or Culinary fields preferred.
