THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed guest expectations.

• You can handle high-volume days, walk five miles per shift, and work an average of 50 hours per week.
• You can oversee all aspects of the business, from details to the big picture.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of experience in Restaurant/Hospitality
• Proficient in managing costs of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
• Strong leadership skills
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions
