Job summary

Yard House Restaurants is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our high-volume venue and ensure consistently epic guest experiences.

You will oversee teams, uphold brand standards, and drive operational excellence while fostering a collaborative, enjoyable workplace. This role offers strong growth potential within the Yard House family and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable job history with upward career and salary progression.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
