Job summary

Houligan’s Sports Bar is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our casual dining location. You will oversee the kitchen and dining room, ensure a first-class guest experience, and supervise all hourly team members along with administrative functions.

The role emphasizes hospitality, team development, inventory control, and financial acumen to drive success. A passion for teamwork and a track record in high-volume venues are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Food handler certification, strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Houligan’s operations.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

Restaurant Manager (Restaurant Management)

Houligan’s Sports Bar is a casual dining restaurant. We are known for

world famous “Wally Wings”, plus mouth watering burgers, crisp salads, and

sandwich favorites. We also have a full

bar and great happy hour. Houligan’s is

Job Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for helping to lead and

drive the daily operations of your Houligan’s location. You will manage the

kitchen and dining room to ensure a positive guest experience. You will oversee

all hourly team members and will be responsible for all administrative and

leadership functions to ensure a smooth operation.
