Job summary

Stonewood Grill and Tavern in Florida is seeking an Operating Partner to oversee total restaurant operations, drive profitability, hire and train management and hourly staff, and ensure safe, high-quality guest experiences.

This role leads through others, maintains cleanliness and maintenance, enforces company policies, and reports to the Regional Director. A hands-on leader with strong budget control, through-put, and people development skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant GM experience preferred.
• Combination of front of the house and back of the house management experience.
• Creative problem-solver with passion and fresh ideas.
• Proven track record in training and developing people.
• Experience with Kitchen throughput (efficiency) processes.
• Experience with budgeting and cost controls to increase revenue and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of commonly-used restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to handle money, make change, process credit card transactions, and know menu knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operations of the restaurant including profit and loss responsibility.
• Hire and train both management and hourly staff.
• Direct daily safety/sanitation and quality food preparation and guest service.
• Ensure cleanliness, repair and maintenance of the building and equipment.
• Communicate and administer company policies and procedures.
• Report to Regional Director and collaborate with leadership team.

Job description

The Operating Partner is responsible for the total operations of Stonewood Grill including

all aspects of profit and loss, hiring and training of both management and

hourly team, daily execution of safety/sanitation, quality food preparation

and guest service. Responsible for cleanliness, repair and maintenance of the

building and equipment. The Operating Partner is responsible for these areas

whether on or off the premises. Responsible for communicating and

administering all company policies and procedures.
