Job Summary: As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of service, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and staff. You will be responsible for leading a team, driving revenue, and upholding the brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated service staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure a high level of service.
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and excellence.
Monitor and manage overall restaurant cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Guest Experience:
Uphold the brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality by ensuring guests receive outstanding service.
Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Financial Management:
Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Monitor and control operational costs, including food, beverage and labor expenses.
Work with the management team to Implement effective strategies to drive sales.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality standards and optimize costs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage trends.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
