Job Opportunity: Restaurant Manager at Hilton Boston Park Plaza

One of the most historic hotels in the city, the Hilton Boston Park Plaza (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/bossrhh-hilton-boston-park-plaza/?y_source=1_MTAxNjgwNTUzNS03MTUtbG9jYXRpb24ud2Vic2l0ZQ==) is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team. This 1,060-room property boasts a prime Back Bay location, just steps from Boston Common and the Public Garden, and close to Beacon Hill and the Theater District.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee up to 12 front and back of house team members, reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage.
  • Manage restaurant operations, in-room dining, and assist with banquet services, with a focus on outlets.
  • Ensure high standards of guest service, product quality, and financial performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
  • Implement marketing and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a hotel or standalone restaurant.
  • Experience leading a union team is a plus.
