One of the most historic hotels in city, the Hilton Boston Park Plaza is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team! This 1060 room property has a premier Back Bay location just steps away from the Boston Common and the Public Garden, as well as a half mile from Beacon Hill and the Theater District!
In this role, you will oversee as many as 12 front of house and back of house team members and report to the Director of Food and Beverage. The hotel has one restaurant (Off the Common), in-room dining and 64,944 square feet of event space; candidates hired into this position will manage with an emphasis on the outlets but will be expected to cross train in banquets!
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous management or supervisory experience in food and beverage, either in a standalone restaurant or a hotel restaurant. It would be considered an asset for this position to have previous experience leading a union team!

What will I be doing?
As a Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
