Dave & Buster’s Inc. in Grand Rapids is seeking an Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will lead hourly teams, recruit, coach, and develop staff, and collaborate with management to achieve high-quality outcomes while upholding core values in a fast-paced entertainment-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

Job Description: THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
