Dave & Buster’s in Utica, MI is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead daily operations and elevate the guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting.

You will mentor hourly team members, drive staffing, scheduling, and execution of strategic standards while partnering with the leadership team to deliver results and exceptional service.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER:

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements:
