Dave & Buster’s Tyler, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting. You will collaborate with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, optimize operations, and mentor a diverse team.

The role emphasizes financial acumen, cost controls, scheduling, training, and safety while delivering an unparalleled guest experience across games, food, and beverage.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proven ability to manage COGS and labor and to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive employee relations and delegate duties to sustain high morale.
• Analyze financial reports and develop plans to grow revenue and control costs to meet budgets.
• Ensure staff training and proper staffing levels to maximize guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for guests and staff.
• Drive an exceptional guest experience with the right mix of food, drinks, and games.
• Improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to standards.
