We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our legendary standards of food and service. If you have a passion for guest satisfaction and kitchen management, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and recommend or make hiring decisions for hourly staff
• Assign work, set schedules, and manage tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
• Drive sales, enhance steps of service, and improve guest satisfaction
• Provide and coordinate training for Front of House and Back of House staff
• Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps assessments
• Enforce security measures to maintain safety for employees and guests
• Manage food, supply, and liquor costs through weekly inventory
• Practice safe food handling procedures
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals
