Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily food and beverage service in the Club restaurant operations. Ensure all Food and Beverage operations and Member services are coordinated to exceed Member expectations, while ensuring service and safety standards are met.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards as outlined in the Hospitality First training program.
• Supervise service staff to ensure consistent service and execution of Member/Guest experience.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials.
• Possess clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the Club.
• Accurately execute Member/Guest orders and requests promptly.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts as applicable.
• Attend, lead, or participate in staff meetings, daily line-ups, training sessions, and special training when requested.
• Assist in implementing training programs for service personnel.

About You

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant or club-related Food & Beverage industry.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer, TABC, and CPR preferred.
• Handle confidential material responsibly.
• Experience with Service STAR Training and Alcohol Management.
• Computer literacy, spreadsheet knowledge, good communication skills, and leadership abilities.
• Professional environment experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
