Job summary

Exit-76-Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Michigan. You will manage inventory, money controls, and staff performance to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and high-quality service.

You will recruit, train, and supervise 4–12 employees, coordinate scheduling, and support local marketing efforts while upholding safety codes and company policies. Exceptional customer service is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in QSR environment with staff supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; assigns, oversees and evaluates work; conducts staff evaluations.
• Communicates changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health and food safety codes and company safety policies are followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
