Job summary

Exit-76-Corporation seeks an experienced Store Manager in East Lansing, MI to oversee daily restaurant operations, inventory control, and money handling. You will lead staff to uphold food safety, quality, and cleanliness while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include scheduling a 4–12 person team, directing training, promoting sales, and supporting local marketing efforts. A high school diploma is required; college degree is a plus; 40–50 hour weeks are typical.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in QSR environment with staff supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Creates and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; assigns, oversees and evaluates work; may promote, transfer, or terminate employees.
• Communicates changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with health, food safety codes and company safety policies.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
