Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in a QSR environment with supervising/training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of 4 to 12, evaluates performance, and handles promotions or terminations.
• Communicates changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
