Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is hiring for a Manager in Training at a Taco Bell unit in Plover, WI. The MIT will support operating hours, supervise staff, and model effective leadership to ensure a clean, hospitable, and efficient restaurant.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to train and coach employees while maintaining strict food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for internal promotion after training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Min 6 months in a supervisory role in a service setting.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Able to work flexible hours and all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and provide correct change.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness across areas.
• Assist with food prep, dishwashing, and restocks.
• Manage shifts and scheduling for fair staffing.
• Coach and guide team members during onboarding.
• Monitor safety and report issues to manager/HR.
• Analyze sales, labor, and inventory to meet targets.
