Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure profitable business.
- Lead and mentor the management team and support day-to-day activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction and uphold service standards.
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in budgeting, cost controls, and inventory management.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage scheduling and labor.
