Qualifications

• Must be a college junior or senior during the internship.
• Must provide a letter of recommendation from a Professor.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (any field; preferably Hospitality, Business, or Communications), or an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various roles within the restaurant and engage with leadership.
• Gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations over a 10-week program.
• Observe shift setup, transitions, closure procedures, and performance management as they relate to guest experience.
