Job summary

Pappas Restaurants, Inc. invites college juniors and seniors to join its Restaurant Management College Internship Program in Albuquerque. The 10-week internship provides hands-on rotation through kitchen and service roles, with direct engagement from leadership to understand operations and guest experience.

You’ll explore shift setup, transition, and closure, observing performance management and teamwork in action while preparing for a career in restaurant management.

Qualifications

• Must be a college junior or senior during the internship.
• Must provide a letter of recommendation from a Professor.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (any field; preferably Hospitality, Business, or Communications).
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various roles within the restaurant and engage with leadership.
• Learn shift setup, transition, and closure procedures.
• Observe performance management strategies to enhance guest experience.
• Gain insight into how teams collaborate to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
