Qualifications

• Must be a college junior or senior during the internship.
• Must provide a letter of recommendation from a Professor.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (any field; preferably Hospitality, Business, or Communications), or an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Restaurant Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Intern rotates through various roles within the restaurant and interacts with leadership.
• Gain hands-on exposure to shift setup, transition, and closure procedures.
• Observe performance management strategies aimed at enhancing the guest experience.
• Participate in a structured program designed to deliver comprehensive restaurant operations insight.
