Job summary

Pappas Restaurants, Inc. invites college juniors and seniors to join a 10-week Restaurant Management College Internship Program.

You will rotate through multiple restaurant roles and work directly with leadership to understand operations and guest service standards. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree (any field; preferably Hospitality, Business, or Communications) or an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field, and restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a college junior or senior during the internship.
• Must provide a letter of recommendation from a Professor.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (any field; preferably Hospitality, Business, or Communications), or an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week Restaurant Management College Internship Program.
• Rotate through various roles within the restaurant and engage with leadership.
• Gain insight into shift setup, transition, and closing procedures, and observe performance management strategies to enhance guest experiences.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any field (prefer Hospitality, Business, or Communications)

Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
