Pappas Restaurants offers a Restaurant Management College Internship Program in San Antonio, providing hands-on experiences across multiple restaurant roles and direct engagement with leaders. The 10-week internship explores restaurant operations and guest experience optimization.

You will rotate through operations, observe shift setup and performance management, and gain valuable industry insight while developing hospitality and business skills. Applications open for Summer 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be a college junior or senior during the internship.
• Must provide a letter of recommendation from a Professor.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (any field; preferably Hospitality, Business, or Communications), or an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various roles within the restaurant and engage with leadership.
• Experience shift setup, transition, and closure procedures.
• Observe performance management strategies aimed at enhancing guest experience.
