Qualifications

• Must be a college junior or senior.
• Must provide a letter of recommendation from a Professor.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (any field; preferably Hospitality, Business, or Communications), or an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various roles within the restaurant as part of the internship.
• Engage with leadership to gain hands-on insight into operations.
• Observe shift setup, transition, and closure procedures and performance management strategies.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences during the 10-week program.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (any field; preferably Hospitality, Business, or Communications)

Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
