Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep restaurant equipment, facilities, and building functioning smoothly across locations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fryers, HVAC, refrigeration, and more to ensure a safe guest and crew experience.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, maintaining logs, and supporting remodels or new equipment installations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of facility or equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and follow technical instructions.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on restaurant equipment (fryers, broilers, HVAC, refrigeration, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from leadership
• Maintain tools, supplies, and accurate maintenance logs
